Ginger is one of the few people lucky enough to be raised and spend most of her life in the tropical paradise known as Marathon in the Florida Keys. After graduating from the University of the Americas in Mexico City with a degree in International Relations, Ginger returned to her home town of Marathon to pursue a career in real estate. It didn't take long for Ginger and her mother Marilyn to decide that this would be the family business; they co-founded their first real estate brokerage firm in 1982. Since then, the Marathon office has thrived. "We owe our success to our team of dedicated professionals who are the highest producing agents in our area," Ginger says. In 2012, Ginger decided it was time to open a branch office in the Lower Keys and in the summer of that year, the Ramrod office was officially opened. Ginger and her mother (who turned 90 in 2012 and is still very active in the Partnership), are also very involved in real estate ventures in Costa Rica, with sales offices and development projects in the works.
